Pro-mask zealots have caused incalculable damage to society over the past two and a half years. It spans from their denial of evidence that masking does not work to forcing toddlers to mask in many parts of the country.
But many have assumed that masking would be a temporary intervention, endlessly asking the inevitable question, “Why is it so hard to wear a mask?”
Recent news out of UC Berkeley shows exactly why so many people have pointed out how ineffective universal masking has been.
Because “experts” have lied to the public about the effectiveness of masks for so long, decision makers now believe they have the authority and scientific backing to impose restrictions on normal life, permanently.
So it should come as no surprise that administrators at UC Berkeley have announced that any student who chooses to remain unvaccinated against the flu will be required to mask during flu season.
This is literally on their website. You can’t make it up.
This absurd for any number of reasons, but perhaps the most obvious is that masks do not work against the flu.

Are these being asked to mask during flu season unvaccinated against COVID, or unvaccinated against the anticipated seasonal flu strains?
I suppose wearing a mask is a small price to pay to avoid an aneurysm, stroke, or heart attack.
Control can be addicting, apparently. There are so many freaks who just can’t let go.
Will anyone even ask for proof of the flu shot or will it be don’t ask, don’t tell?

If I am at this school and someone asks me if I got the flu shot, I only answer certain questions.
Why would anyone pay for that...
These people are mentally ill.
African Americans are less likely to be vaccinated.
Sue their endowments out of existence for violating both human and civil rights.
If anyone should ask whether I had had a flu shot, I'd be inclined to answer that since I'm not wearing a mask, it should be obvious. If that person should press the matter, I'd decline to give out my medical information. I don't have to go anywhere near Berkeley, though, for which I'm grateful.

Unless one considers all of the health issues wearing a mask produces, including some nasty dental problems.
And every person involved in making this decision should be PUT IN PRISON for practicing medicine without a license as well as be civilly liable for malpractice
