She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Sain, sister, Elizabeth “Liz” Hill, and brother, James “Kenny” Smith. She was also preceded by her first husband, A.T. Rutherford Jr.
The Perp killed a widow and a grandmother.

Why do I think this perp was very well known to authorities...
The suspect was identified as Preston Lamar Nelson, 33, of Huntsville.
That plus driving a Mercury grand marquis. Always a dead giveaway
This is anything but a small story. Be careful folks, it’s going to get bad.
We are starting to see cars used as weapons. Personal disputes, robberies, race hate or hate the world attacks.
Witness Amy Brown of Decatur, who said she called 911 to report the incident, said the victim was walking away from the store in the parking lot at 1203 Sixth Ave. S.E. She said she saw a man driving a dark gray Mercury Grand Marquis in reverse at a rapid speed, pinning the victim against another vehicle.
“He was parked in the first handicapped spot in front of the store, and he started in reverse, he then gassed it and she was pinned between the vehicles,” she said. The distance from the handicapped parking spot to where the collision of the vehicles occurred was about 30 to 40 feet.
Brown said the man quickly attempted to drive away but his car stalled a couple of times.
Brown said some other people went to the suspect’s car and told him he had killed somebody.
“He got out of the car and came running back up here, kneels down beside (Sain) and takes his hands and rakes her blood all over his face,” Brown said. “It was unreal, the look in his eyes. His eyes were so huge.”
Visually shaken, Brown called the scene “horrific.” “That guy, that guy’s face, I will never be able to get it out of my mind. That was the devil. He was the devil. God stopped him right down there and wouldn’t let his car run,” she said.
Brown said the man’s actions appeared “very malicious. It seems like it was done intentional. No remorse. How can you come up and put your hands in the blood? It was horrific.”
Racially motivated? Let’s see if it even gets brought up in the media or by law enforcement. I just bet it won’t...
There’s a terrible combination of mental conditioning affecting perhaps 75% of African-Americans today, maybe much more. There’s a serious lack of impulse control and a deep-seated hatred of Whites, Asians and Hispanics.
Mustering all the optimism I can find, I still don’t see a solution
Thousands of black on white murders and rapes, yet “white supremacy” is the problem the FBI is concerned about.
Amazing how those vehicles just drive themselves right into people. Must be related to those guns that shoot people.
“It’s a quiet Thursday morning. I think I’ll go down to the Walmart and protest racism and colonialism.”
We don’t have all the facts. The victim was an owner of a mortuary business. A lot of people in that kind of business dabble in the black arts, witchcraft, necromancy, etc. Or their employees do. We don’t know if the murderer knew her or not, if she had a coven, etc. Paganism is rampant in America these days.
We don’t know how he knew she would be where she was when she was. If it was premeditated. Yes it looks random from the outside. But, is he a disgruntled ex-employee? BF of an angry ex-employee? None of it would ever justify this horrific act. Still, things are not always what they seem.
This is war on many levels, not just the physical.
