1978 – American people were getting perturbed, why is the FBI spying on political opponents? We wanted to set some parameters and limits. The FISA (Federal Intelligence Surveillance Act) formed FISC (Federal Intelligence Surveillance Court), established by Congress. Who set up the legislation for the FISA Court? The Judiciary Committee of the Senate and House. 7 judges were allowed on the Court to issue warrants when the FBI came around and said “hey, we need to spy on this domestic terrorist (parent speaking out), believe they may be involved with foreign influences”.
Corruption filters in. Is there any Judge oversight for a warrant request to make sure is valid and has probable cause vs. one that is not? No. Is done Ex parte – An ex parte decision is one decided by a judge without requiring all of the parties to the dispute to be present. The ‘victim’ is not informed. In some circumstances is okay if is National Security threat.
In 1978, in the FISA Act, who was designated to appoint the 7 judges for FISA Court? The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the US. Can only appoint sitting Federal Judges as an additional duty. How are our Federal Judges appointed? By President confirmed by the Senate.
Is important to know who the President was at the time when Judge appointed, who was the Chairman of the Judiciary Committee and who was the Senate majority leader.
In 1978, the first Chief Justice under this framework was: Chief Justice Warren, Nixon (Republican) was president when appointed, Carter President in 1978.
The judges are rotated out of the appointment after 1-2 years.
Second Chief Justice was William Rehnquist, appointed by Reagan (Republican). Reagan was an outsider, assassination attempt. Vice-president was George HW Bush (a former CIA director). Do you think that Bush had an influence over who was chosen for Chief Justice? Yes
Bush was to Regan as Pence was to Trump.
William Rehnquist dies and a new Chief Justice was appointed in 2005, John Roberts by GW Bush (Republican), VP was Dick Cheney. John Roberts, Chief Justice, is the one who appoints judges to the FISA Court – the ultimate authority of who allows the FBI to spy on someone,
Patriot Act increased number of FISA judges from 7 to 11 and to be done by 2012. So Roberts during his tenure as Chief Justice has the power to appoint all 11 judges and did so by 2012. Again, Patriot Act co-written by Pence under Bush/Cheney.

Article published in January 2014 in CNAS (Center for a New American Security) authored by Flynn and Matt Pottinger spoke Truth to Power. Flynn was ‘resigned’ in August of that year.
2015 citizen General Flynn had a meeting with Trump. Flynn asked if Trump was serious about running, if so I can help you out. Trump, not a politician and not connected to Deep State, is who Flynn wanted to support – a candidate, not a politician. Could have been Trumps choice for VP, was on short list. Do both parties want to create leverage over Trump?

Assumption: if you are a FISA Court Judge, you have dual loyalties – one is to the President that appointed you and the Chief Justice that appointed you to the FISA Court.

Bush/Obama/Bush – appointed all of them

Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitz is the longest standing IG in the intel eco system. Sworn in as IG of the US Department of Justice April 16, 2012. Is he there to uncover corruption or provide cover for the Justice eco system?? Ivan thinks is to provide cover for the bigger picture.
What is that bigger picture? 2016 Crossfire Hurricane 2 weeks after Pence is nominated. Do you think Pence knows nothing about this? Considering that he served 10 years on the Judiciary Committee and helped staff the Department of Homeland Security that was developed under his watch and had FBI oversight.
Could Pence have said ‘if we pull off this vector in November James Comey, I will provide you top cover because the only officer in this entire government that the President cannot fire is me, Pence, the Vice President. And the only constitutional officer along with other cabinet members that can fire the President is – the Vice-President, under the 25th Amendment, Section 4.
Flynn – who is behind the removal of Flynn? The interview of Flynn on January 24th? The unmasking - 39 people who unmasked Flynn’s name. And the notes that came out – are we here to fire or are we here to catch him in a lie?
So who removed Flynn? The left has the faux news that says whatever, that’s all they talk about, is that to cover themselves too? Remember Paul Ryan moved over to the board of faux news and basically told Tucker he couldn’t talk about the illegal election, can’t talk about the clot shots until we’ve made enough money on them. Back to January 2017 – James Comey (FBI director) and Andrew McCabe (FBI Deputy Director) send over Peter Strzok (FBI agent – led investigation into Russian interference) and Joe Pientka (FBI agent) to interview Mike Flynn. Ivan to Zak: Why haven’t you interviewed Joe Pientka? Zak: Can I? Ivan: Try, interview Joe Pientka. How many whistleblowers have we had come out in the last week? 29 or so. Why don’t we add one more! Create the frame to legally, lawfully, peacefully and patriotically to allow his side of the story to get out. America is starving for his side of the story.
Why are we starving for his side of the story? The person who was the most masked and covered-up over these investigations, of the story spying on Trump for 4 years was Joe Pientka, III. This is my analysis – I suspect that to continue to mask Pientka (Judiciary Chairman was Lindsay Graham), when Lindsay interviewed Strzok and Pientka they said Flynn showed no signs of deception. How about Chuck Grassley, Iowa – hey Chuck how about we talk about your stuff with Joe Pientka.
Deeper dive into the FISA Court. Who has oversight of the FISA Court? Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Who is the chair? Richard Burr, Rep. Senator of North Carolina, not a fan of Trump.
Going back to Ali Watkins – boinking the Chief Security Officer of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Burr. Mark Warner, Dem Senator of Virginia, Vice-Chair of Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. Burr and Warner knew about the Carter Page FISA and the Woods procedure and documents that supported that. There are some things I would like to have a conversation with Kash Patel to go into this more. He is at 90%, with my notes we could be at 100%.
I argue that spying on the Trump campaign consisted of both sides of the aisle. My research has focused on who within the Republican party spied in order to create the leverage that wasn’t there to make sure that during the Trump’s first term presidency he was in a box that they wanted him in. It’s hard when you have 80 million people following you and you can circumvent everybody. So what do we do?
1. Richard Burr – Chair of Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, why is he retiring. He needs to be interviewed. Why did the FBI talk to Burr and Kelly Loeffler (Rep. Senator of Georgia 2020-2021) about illegal trading? Was he about to go public?

We’ve got these 4 key players who are allowing, facilitating and providing the necessary top cover to the DOJ and FBI to provide leverage to continue to spy on Trump and start axing General Flynn to protect themselves. If Flynn stays in, he will get to the bottom of who did what in 2016. So he needs to be removed and anyone else in that vicinity.
2017 Did Pence tee up Mueller to be Trump’s FBI director? Robert Mueller was Director of FBI from 2001 to 2013. Trump said no thanks. Just fired James Comey. What happened the next day? Mueller becomes Special Council. Why? To have leverage over Trump.
May 17,2017 Mueller was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein as special council overseeing an investigation into Russian interference of the 2016 election.
Have you heard of the gang of 8? They are the ones who hear the most sensitive items in government. Speaker, Minority Leader, Chairman of House Committee, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, etc
Who? Paul Ryan, Nancy Pelosi, Devin Nunes, Adam Schiff, Richard Burr, Mark Warner, Mitch McConnell, Schumer. Of those 8 only 1 tried to get to the truth, Nunes.
Special Council investigated for 2 years and found nothing. I thought for sure they could find something on Trump, didn’t realize he was that clean!

Eric Ciaramella – CIA analyst and former National Security Council staffer, Ukraine expert, age 36, was a Russian and East European major in college at Yale. Worked with then VP Biden who was working closely on Ukraine issues at the end of Obama’s term.

Alexander Vindman – on National Security Council, born in Ukraine, US Army lieutenant colonel, says was on phone call with Trump when talking to Zelensky. Outgoing superior, Tim Morrison, had dripping distain for him, did not follow the chain of command.
Eugene Vindman – Alexander’s twin brother, attorney at White House, campaign strategist for Bobby Saxon for Congress (GA, District 10)
Andrew Bakaj – DC attorney and former intelligence officer of CIA, worked for John Brennan at CIA, one of two attorneys for whistleblower Eric Ciaramella

2021 Pence certified an illegal election, maleficence - blatant, overt constitutional violations to secure what happened. January 6th was the facilitated, unlawful entry to the Capitol in order to stop the objections of the 6 states to be aired uncensored on CSPAN for the whole world to see, in order to solidify the previous 6+ cous that had been failed attempts prior to that point.
They are only prosecuting those that were Trump supporters and those that participated in the coup on behalf of Speaker Pelosi, possibly Mitch McConnell and their 2 Sergeants at Arms, via Nancy Pelosi’s son-in-law Michiel Vos, John Sullivan, Ray Epps in the collective and maybe some elements of the Capitol Police, DNC/RNC diversions to see what we just saw. And then the media distribution arm of that – CNN, etc. Lincoln Project (Liz Cheney) to frame the event into an ” insurrection” vs an illegal coup de taut.
On January 5th, 147 House Members had stated publicly that they were going to object to certification, at least a couple of states, thus putting in a 12th Amendment option, contingent election.
At noon Bowser and Pelosi are refusing Kash Patel’s 20,000 troops. Putting out a statement that no Article 2 branch of government, DHS, law enforcement, DOJ, DOD be deployed to support the Capitol, without the permission of the DC Mayor and Pelosi.
At that same time, John Sullivan is seen meeting with Michiel Vos (Pelosi’s son-in-law) at the W hotel, just north of Freedom Plaza. What are they talking about? Fed-surrection? Then in the evening, John Sullivan is seen standing next to Ray Epps as they high-5 each other. Then in the bushes of the DNC/RNC, what’s going on? Pipe-bombs being placed.
Zak asks “Do you know who did this?” Ivan: “I’ll say this, the Sergeant at Arms of the House, Paul Irving, is one of the 3 voting members of the Capitol police board, the other 2 are the Capitol Architect and the Senate Sergeant at Arms, who is now deceased. The 4th member of the Capitol police board, who is not a voting member, is Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund. Capitol Police has jurisdiction over an area that includes the DNC/RNC, and Metro Police surrounding that area. The info of the pipe bombs was delivered to FBI by police. FBI has no jurisdiction. The police departments are the ones that need to be questioned since they had the information first.
Epps is an agent asset for the House/Senate Sergeant at Arms, not FBI. Michiel Vos was the cut-out and helped facilitate communication between the inside team, John Sullivan, and the outside team, Ray Epps.
If you look at the January 6 committee and rename it “The Mike Pence election campaign committee” that is being managed by his running mate Liz Cheney. Oh dear!!
When Nancy Pelosi hit the gavel on January 6, there was not a 2/3 quorum as required by the constitution. Present was 44/435, which is not a quorum. This violates the 12th Amendment
and due process. Pence unilaterally denies 90% of Congress from participating in the Joint Session. Congressman Griffith tried to stop it, we don’t have a quorum, unconstitutional.
At Jan 6 hearing, Liz Cheney throws Mike Pence under the bus thinking she can make him a savior. (Could not hear video). Ivan explains: Liz Cheney says Donald Trump wasn’t the one ordering the DOD, DOJ, and DHS around on January 6th. It was Mike Pence. Under what authority does Mike Pence have the ability to do that? 25th Amendment, Section 4.
Pence stealthy enacted the 25th Amendment, became acting President and could then have authority over the DOD, DOJ, DHS.
We have 2 options – we just saw Liz Cheney throw Pence under the bus – in what ways? She could have just proved that Pence committed treason or that he just made the base so angry at him that there is no chance in hell for him to secure a nomination for presidency.
Parsing out – If Pence consummated with the Cabinet the 25th Amendment, Section 4, where is the memorialization of that? The constitution says there has to be a memorandum of that transfer of power; a written declaration to president pro tempore – Senator Chuck Grassley. Good question for Grassley – did you get the memo? If not, did Pelosi get the memo? If she did and Grassley did not, does not meet the requirement of the exercise of the removal of the presidency. If this happened, traitors and appropriate penalty.
Second option: Stealth removal of the president, for how long? For a few hours or until January 20th? Later that Jan 6 evening, video footage shows Pence ordering the National Guard around.
You hear about what Kash Patel has been saying on this front? Capitol Police, jurisdiction, authority… The DOD did the maximum they could under the Presidential rules, they can offer up their capability but it has to be requested.
Guess who requested it? On 6 occasions Chief of US Capitol Police Steven Sund requested additional support to help secure the Capitol. From January 3rd to January 6th six requests. Remember he is one of the 4 on the Capital Police board and he cannot vote. He has to get approval from the Capitol Architect and the 2 Sergeant at Arms to be able to do anything of that sort. Sergeant at Arms work for Speaker and House – Pelosi and Mitch McConnel. Refusal excuse – they did not want those ‘optics’. Not someone on the Capitol grounds that they could not control.
Capitol Police spread thin – pipe bombs diversion over here at DNC/RNC, people entering Capitol, desired because we cannot sensor CSPAN, jurisdiction issues. A perfect coup de taut.
Now on to Mar-a-Lago raid (which was the initial question to Ivan). Knowing what was just presented to you, and knowing who the individuals in the FBI were, that participated in RussiaGate, Crossfire Hurricane, Crossfire Razor, the Hiliary Clinton stuff – knowing those names being outed of those who were part of the raid onto Mar-a-Lago – when I saw Paul Sperry and he connected those dots, took a lot of the burden off of me. Sperry has a big following and educating the country, I can take some breaks. It’s an obligation to get the information out there to save our country.
Let’s put our enemy hat on – if you are in their shoes, what alternative do you have? So you raid Mar-a-Lago and get rid of the evidence,
Side comments – In June, Trump let the FBI in to view documents, inventory them. Oh…looks like he has the unredacted information that could implicate Mike Pence, Mitch McConnel, Lindsay Graham, Richard Burr, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, Peter Strzok, Joe Pientka III, and there is more
These FBI thugs could be labeled domestic terrorists. And what do they do to project? What do they call moms who challenge school boards? Domestic terrorists
Going back to 1908 when FBI formed, at what point did they stop doing that corrupt activity?

The Kushner name bothers me also. In light of that book he is pimping.
I know one thing for sure, he would never get my or my wife's vote. Perhaps they plan to steal yet another election? That's the only path he has for which to succeed.

But the reason for J6 riots were to stop the airing of the arguments for not proceeding, because they could not stop C-Span from airing it. He connects a lot of dots, doesn’t he. 🙂
