Watched the NH GOP Senate Primary debate last night. Newsman TV. 4 candidates. One with a goatee-not very ‘senatorial’. Then there were 2 in the middle-a white-haired guy who sounded too politician like arguing with a younger whipper-snapper. Then there was the General who sounded pretty good. Still I’d take whoever is most likely to win in November. The whipper-snapper started in politics at 19. White hair’s aged look works against him. Goatee is just plane ugly. Loud too. Trump hasn’t picked yet. He’s probably wondering too. Hassan may be vulnerable.

The general is Don Bolduc, promoted by Bannon .
Chuck Morse (white hair) has been a successful leader in the NH Senate. He's been good on keeping taxes low, and is pro-school choice. But he looks "backward" and only discusses his past record. He does not project any future, "federal" solutions, which is a needed message if he wants to be a U.S. Senator. Also - he is too nice. He is not outraged enough to my mind, given the horrible challenges needing immediate attention w.r.t. our Federal/Feral govt.
The loud guy should be running with the Libertarian Party. He is very anti big government, but has no practical ideas for immediate reform, just bluster.
Kevin Smith the younger guy has good ideas - he was a town manager and has been to the US southern border and wants it closed. He is endorsed by Border Patrol organization. He even mentions nuclear power as a practical alternative for more energy. Says he's been in govt. as a conservative for many years, and sounds like a good pick. But..... I think Bolduc is the best choice.
I am voting for Bolduc because he has foreign & military policy experience, first hand, and has managed large budgets as a "general" overseeing a major military organization. And basically, he seems the most trustworthy to me. Plus - China will loom large shortly, and military matters will be paramount in the next few years - that is why I am voting for him.
It is obvious Bannon supports Bolduc by the number of times he has the General on his show.
My only worry is that Trump won't endorse anyone in the NH Senate and Congressional candidate GOP primacy races. We have some close races, and the Primary is on Sept. 13.
