Not 45, but a beautiful Uberti 357 mag 5-1/2”. I looked for 3-4 years for a Ruger Blackhawk 6-1/2” never found one. Then I saw the Uberti on Midway and bought it. Far better finish, absolutely perfect finish and workmanship. Pleasure to shoot.
My Ranch Gun is a .44 Mag Ruger Black Hawk with a 7 inch bbl.
One round will drop a moose or a bear, with a bainchi cross draw holster I can also wear as a shoulder rig. But I only have to bring it on the land during fall wild apple season. So far havn’t had to use it, those critters have aways went the other way.
But I’ve always wanted a Colt 45 but I am going to look at the Ubertis now for sure.
