By NOT investigating the possibility of criminal activity they by default DID affect the outcome of the 2020 election. (Assuming the vote count was correct, for argument’s sake)
Keeping facts from the public IS affecting the election.
If they felt this way they would not have raided the TOP Republican (ex pres Trump in case that needs clarification) 3 months before the midterms.
