Jared Kushner dismissed the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago as just another attempt by Donald Trump's enemies to bring him down.
Speaking for the first time since the raid two weeks ago, Kushner told Fox News' Mark Levin on Sunday evening that his father-in-law is a 'fighter' and contradicted Justice Department claims that the search was to find classified documents Trump took from the White House.
'It is giving a lot of people who want to believe in the fairness of the judicial system and our democracy a lot of pause and concern,' Kushner, 41, said.
Since the raid on Monday, August 8, reports emerged citing anonymous sources who claim a Trump world informant was likely the one who tipped off the FBI that the former president could still be in improper possession of official documents and materials.
Some have even speculated that the inside informant could be Kushner.

I'm surprised, as well as disappointed, that you would even present this as justification that the rumor may be valid?
Jared has more to be thankful for his father-in-law, then he has to rat on him. He commuted his father's sentence, he is the grandfather of his children, and he elevated his son-in-law to have exposure to the highest echelon of power in the world that he would have never experienced had it not been for his father-in-law becoming President of the U.S.A.
Provide what you think may have provoked Jared to become a rat against Trump. My guess is that you just do not like Jared or Ivanka because of their left leaning politics that they may or may not still hold to this day.

Here is how to answer the question.
We aren’t privy to all the machinations he has been up to like with the 2 billion dollars etc.
Is Kushner the type to be willing to go to jail like Mob members who do their time OR is he the type to turn rat to stay out of jail. China will kill people just like Russia and just like the Mob. So that could play into it as well.
Keep in mind that his grandparents experienced true horror during the Holocaust which had to affect how they brought up the children. Charles was willing to do whatever it took to try to stay out of imprisonment no matter if it ruined family members.

I think he is the same. He should have never been trusted. Others think he is pure as the driven snow and would never do such a thing.

Saudi’s Public Investment fund did not want Kushner to receive 2 billion dollars after their due diligence.
The prince gave it to him anyway.
It may be perfectly above board....or it may be like what happens with the Clintons.
Whatever the case, I have no doubt in my mind that Kushner will try to avoid prison even if it means turning Trump in.

btw, the Fund that gave Kushner the 2 billion (because they were overruled) found that his company was “unsatisfactory in all aspects”. They think he is charging excessive fees and poses a public relations risk.

That’s a big tell, for sure. If he did turn snitch, I wonder how much, if anything, Ivanka knows. Their family seems solid.

So, you prefer to think the worst because the press was/is making a big deal out of the fact that the Saudi's invested 2 billion dollars in Jared's private equity firm, Affinity Partners. Did it not occur to you that they, the press, are doing so because of it being the same exact thing Hunter was involved in, and that Hunter's laptop proves that in exchange it provided access to the VP, his father. That the real objective is to deflect some of that criticism off of Hunter and onto Jared.
Now, I do believe that Jared is an arse for having done the same type of thing Hunter had done. On that aspect we can both agree, and if they want to pursue a full investigation of him as a result, I say that is fine. But you are assuming his guilt, when it may be perfectly above board. We all know that Trump has been the target since the day he descended on the escalator to announce his candidacy. If his involvement has any merit of criminality, I could see him doing it to evade scrutiny. However, at this point I do not believe it has any impropriety to it, even though I do believe it stinks and was so ill-advised as to border on utter stupidity. 🙂

No. I have read the excerpts. I guess you can claim the excerpts are lying but what I have read fits in with exactly what I thought was happening at the time
Of course this is kushners spin and he could be lying about Bannon and the leaking..
At least he admits he leaked too to counter bannon...which was very very obvious to me at the time.
