You mean someone just figured this out? My bank used to have a sign asking for no sunglasses and ball caps to customers - let alone face masks, way before the covid hoax.

I loved our local banks. All of them had signs telling people not to wear things like hats, hoods, sunglasses or ski masks so your face wouldn’t be obscured for security cameras.
Right next those signs? “A facemask is required to enter this business.”
You can’t make this stuff up.
