Interestingly, honey was used for centuries on wounds, and it has been found one of its benefits is from hydrogen peroxide generation when it hits moisture.

hydroxyl Radical is how your body kills just about any problem. Applying a hydrogen peroxide directly if you can seems like a no brainier.

I had 100+ terrible bites from fire ants working in my yard.
(not all in one day, during many working sessions).
These fire ants in Florida come in many sizes and colors.
These ants obviously inject bacteria under the skin with the bite. The bite just itches a lot on first night. Next day it itches more and on 3rd day the infection from bite starts to build a bubble. I tried using triple anti-biotic, it did not help much. My doctor told me to use hydrogen peroxide, which I prompty purchased from dollar store. It is so cheap. I soon found out, the hydrogen peroxide apllied to bites 4 times a day reduced itching, infection was subdued, and healing was speeded up. Great stuff.

Works great on hospital acquired infections. That’s why hospitals won’t use it.

Been using H2O2 in my ears for years to dissolve out ear wax.

Has not helped my failing hearing, but does cut the itch without using ear swabs.

Wife loves to slather it on any wound or cat scratch as well.

Hydrogen Peroxide poured on a wash cloth and rubbed under the arms will kill underarm bacteria.

However current recommendation is not to use Peroxide more than once on a wound, and it dries out skin.

H2O2 for many things as others have posted. Been using it since my parents taught me all that it does.
I’ll add-
Use liberally on a q-tip to clean the inside of your nose.
Melts out the nasties.
