Hope someone comes up with a comprehensive list of the ingredients to watch out for when shopping.

I buy very little packaged food these days because of my husband’s very strict dietary restrictions. Most of what I make is from scratch at home. I also have to read nutrition and ingredient labels closely because of those restrictions.
