ONALASKA, Wis. (WKBT) — Republican gubernatorial candidate Tim Michels stopped by the La Crosse County Republican Party headquarters Wednesday night for what the party called a unity rally.
The party says they hope the unity events will bring the party together to help defeat Gov. Tony Evers in the November election.
Lieutenant governor candidate Roger Roth joined Michels at the campaign event. Roth said the support for Republican candidates during last week’s primary shows promise for the GOP in November’s election.
“Because of these 20-plus candidates running statewide, activating all of their friend groups and families all across our state, we’re going to be in a position to win in November,” Roth said.
Michels said there are blue-collar Democrats that feel like the Democratic Party has changed.
“They come up to me all the time, like, ‘Tim, you know I voted Democrat my whole life but now the Democratic Party is all about CRT and BLM and defund the police,” Michels said. “I just wanna go to work and raise my family, go to my kid’s ball game, and the Democratic Party, they don’t seem like they care about that anymore.”
Michels added he thinks his experience as a business owner will help win over those voters who may be on the fence.
The first Marquette Law School poll after the primary shows Michels trailing Evers by two points, but the poll’s margin of error is four points.

Please note: Since the STEAL of 2020, Wisconsin has put over 30 Conservatives in important positions such as Judges, Sheriffs, Mayors and School Board Members. Another 20 WINS would be glorious for Wisconsin!

Evers got in by stealing using the usual early morning ballot dumps.
Historically, “political unity” has ALWAYS meant shifting to the Left to accommodate political careers, in this case the RINO’s and the GOPe.
NO!
Political “unity” should come from rallying around the restoring and reinstating of America’s founding documents (the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution) which created the Free Constitutional Republic of the United States which freedom made America the richest, mot powerful, most desirable, and greatest nation in the world.
E PLURBUS UNUM, “Out of Many, One (our nation’s motto). Our unity comes from embracing and commitment to the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution, not political pacts.

And we will see a repeat in Nov.
You must have unity during an election. What you want half to stay home? That’s a strategy they used in Georgia and we lost two seats because of it. Learn from that!
what’s the little worm Robin Vows say? Hope Steen runs as a write-in in Nov.
Who said anything about staying home? How stupid.
I’m say the Right needs to quit moving to the Left to “gain unity” something they’ve always done.
The Left will never move to the Right. The Left has their goal of Global Totalitarian Government and nothing will dissuade them
The Parotitic Right FIRST needs to understand what THEIR goal is. The greatest weakness on the Right is not knowing what the hell their goal and objective is (they know what they’re against not always what they’re for) which is a major reason why the Left continues to win in the long-term.
Once the Patriotic Right unifies around the goal and objective of restoring America’s Free Constitutional Republic, they must be at least if not more steeled in their backbone and will as the Left, to achieve their goal - whatever it takes.
Trump is probably the clearest about this objective than most anyone else and his ability to articulate that goal in a way that shows how desirable that goal is, is why he’s America’s frontrunner and why the Left loathes, despises, and hates him.
Sadly, Ron Johnson is down 7 in their polling. What’s so great about Mandela Barnes?

He’s a Crook, a Communist and he’s BLACK ...
This is downright shocking. There have been millions and millions sent in to Barnes from Soros, et. al., and the advertising is just outrageous - and relentless.
I'm sure Johnson feels just like President Trump in the throes of his hoaxes and bogus charges.
And judging by the polls, it's working.

hehe
Must be the melanin. I don’t see Johnson fighting back. We don’t need another communist hardliner in congress. We have way too many now.

The stupid electorate will elect Barnes, particularity if Barnes creates/manufactures lots of controversy around Johnson; the public hates controversy so they will get rid of Johnson and go happily back to sleep in their dream world were they have just made sure one less disturbance exists.
