Crimes committed in Florida can be prosecuted by and through Floridian legal agencies.
But will they argue that the documents were originally removed from Washington DC and that the “crime” really occurred there?
The entire planet knows otherwise.
It would be interesting for Ron Desantis to free up his State DOJ to pursue an indictment against Meritless Garland and Wray, the Hiding Seneca Coward for their persecution and hate crimes against President Trump and his family.
I mean there are hundreds of pairs of ruined under garments that must be revenged, seriously.
All humor aside, dear knows what kind of poison might have been put into the personal lodgings of President Trump. What we have withnessed may have been an assassination attempt using methods demonstrated by Vladimir Putin using radioacvtive isotopes as slow poison.
Any bets that the Trump family have swept the whole premisis for poison, both sleeping and active surveillance tech , and have chucked out every piece of clothing that had been left there? I know I would.

I referred to the Mar-A-Lago incident the other day as a rape, and I think it is apropos, albeit not legally enforceable.
It was a rape, not only of President Trump and his family, but of America.
And then Garland comes on TV and threatens America? He’s done.
These nefariouos ju jubes need to pe pulled up so short that heir teeth fly out of their assholes.
I am pointing out that a crime committed in a state is the state's responsibility to prosecute.
I posted a few days ago that we should consider a grand jury instead of a Congressional committee after we gain control, and overwhelmingly folks piled on the "it's D.C., nothing will ever happen" . . . . until today it occurred to me . . . Mar-A-Lago is in Florida.

You just KNOW the former beauty contestant, Nazi Pelosi, is superbly jealous of our most lovely First Lady (in every sense of the word), Melania Trump.
I am not for grand juries. As opposed to preliminary hearings grand juries are by their own statistics putty in the prosecutors hands. And we are a society, due to our “free press” where the public common perception becomes guilty by accusation alone; even when later exonerated at trial. Guilty as accused remains stuck in much of the public mind, and the Dim-Press duo works that assidiously.
Thie grand jury will be conducted in D.C., tried in D.C., and convicted in D.C. Trump will not get a fair trial and will be imprisoned for the rest of his life for Treason. This is a setup and being masterfully executed.

If Grand Juries in Florida are only arranged by prosecutors THAT would require a Florida State prosecutor attempting to empanel a Grand Jury against a Federal Office holder. Does not sound plausible to me.
And if not, what is the recourse . . . Congressional impeachment?
