Can’t be legal. Time to get rid of the entire public school system. It has been a corrupted then failed experiment. Allow the funds to follow the student to charter schools or home school or some kind of hybrid but the public school system is no good at this point.

The white teachers should just demand that the administrators define what makes someone “white” or “black.” Ask them how light your skin has to be to be considered “white”, and how dark it must be to be “black.”
