The White teachers can claim to be another Rachael Dolezel to avoid being laid off.
Kissing Black Ass reaches a new nadir
In the Top Two comments of the day.
And yet useful idiot white people still join unions. Ya just can’t fix stupid.
Reparations have been going on for decades now, it’s just getting more blatant.
I am sure this is illegal, however until a court stops it.
Get a F-ing rope.
Teachers of any color are usually dumb as stumps.
Social justice is never bad... Just ask O'Biden, he'll tell you..!
“Racism is alive and well.”
Do blacks have the instincts to become the dominant race in our emerging America? Listen to the music, see them all over tv being cool, see them commit crimes and not be prosecuted. It’s the jungle, and who knows how best to operate in the jungle.
This is a complement to the black culture and a warning to the weakening white culture.
Blatantly illegal.
I’m assuming those teachers are unionized, and that every teacher has to complete a certain number of years, and education accomplishments in order to have their rights vested. That probably means teachers achieve seniority in their positions, so if that’s true, then it will be interesting to see whether the white teachers who have seniority over black/hispanic/etc. teachers, are layed off first.
If asked, every teacher threatened with "excessing" should simply state that he/she is non-White! Problem solved!
I mean: What is the most they can do? Demand that the intransigent teachers submit to a DNA test?! Not legal!

Reason #456,967 to not live in MN. We’re leaving happily in two weeks. Cannot wait. They also sent a radical progressive to victory for county attorney and another hack to county sheriff. Minneapolis is soon to become Detroit.
Exactly! The Liberal White Karen’s thought this would be good for Diversity and Equity...
Am having difficulty understanding your word-choice. What do you mean by "a complement" in this instance?
Regards,
Happy Trails!
Or they can say they're "racially fluid." That should drive the left up the wall.
Exactly. Any firing or layoffs by race would be discriminatory and I doubt a union-signed labor contract would excuse it.
It’s for the children!
When I went to work in uniform for New York State in 1980, I had the choice of not joining the Union. As well, many of the insurance coverages such as dental, and eye care are tied to the Union contract. At one point during my 25 year career, I signed a card that I didn't want to be a member of the Union anymore, and found out afterwards that despite signing that card, Union dues would still be deducted, and in the aftermath, I lost my dental and vision care coverage. I ended up joining the uniformed employees union again to get them back. I figured since they were still taking my money for Union dues, I might as well remain a Union member, and get my contracted benefits back. When I retired, I lost my dental and vision care since I was no longer employed by the State, and because I was no longer a dues paying member of the Union. They did have a retirement Union membership where you could purchase dental and vision care insurance through them, but after a year, I decided it wasn't worth it, and never renewed it.
