The scene involved a disk containing a list of agents called a NOC list. They were working together to get the list. The other guy turns out NOT to be on Cruise’s side and claims he has the real disk. Cruise produces a disk himself and says oh you mean this list? Cruise then proceeds to make the disk disappear and then retrieves it in the lady’s coat.
Then the scene ends with Cruise tormenting him by saying “I was up here why you were down here” - in other words misdirection.
The guy gets frustrated and throws the disk he had in the trash can thinking Cruise really had the real disk. After he leaves Cruise fishes the disk out of the trash and says the guy really had the real NOC list.
Nice scene IMO. We could have some misdirection going on here. Not sure but it’s possible and I have never called these dems stupid. They are slick and evil.

Obviously I have no experience of US federal search warrants, but given the fact that they asked to be allowed to search for every kind of document (or item) that PDJT had been in contact with during his whole presidency, is there any other way to characterize it?
