he lead investigator in the House of Representatives committee on the Trump Russia hoax says he knows why the FBI raided former president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, and it didn’t have anything to do with scary-sounding “classified documents relating to nuclear weapons,” as the DOJ got The Washington Post to spread on its behalf.
Kash Patel believes something more is afoot than a beef between Trump, the General Services Administration (GSA), and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA).
The former federal national security prosecutor and Trump Administration Chief of Staff for the Department of Defense believes the FBI raided Trump’s resort to seek and destroy any documents related to the Trump-Russia hoax — Russiagate — that Trump had previously declassified back in 2020 and 2021.
The former federal prosecutor told Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum that Donald Trump issued “sweeping declassification orders” in 2020 and 2021, including the Russiagate and Hillary Clinton email investigation documents.
Patel says he believes the FBI wants to scrub all of the documents approving the Hillary Clinton election scam about Trump being a Russian secret agent. The FBI, Department of Justice, Perkins Coie law firm, Fusion GPS, and CIA knew the Russiagate narrative was a Hillary Clinton-approved hoax but put their offices in the service of pushing it and “investigating” it to keep Trump out of the White House. Now they’re back to do it again in 2024.
On his Truth Social account, Patel wrote, “DOJ and FBI – and vindictive librarians at NARA – continue to perpetuate the Russia hoax by ‘seizing’ documents that President Trump declassified and the American people need to see. … Bottom line, they never want you to see their corrupt Russia Gate documents and will use any and all power to keep them from the American people.”

No. Publishing boxes of docs should have been high on his priority list. There really is a battle for the soul of the country, and Joseph Stolen’s weapon in the political arena is the fake news’ anonymity in circulating lies. These documents are the answer to that weapon; i.e., proof.

I find the parallels between what was the playbook for Julian Assange’s case/timeline to the events surrounding Trump very interesting.

I know what they are looking for. They are looking for a way to get Trump into court because if they can get him before a DC Court, they can make sure he will be found guilty. Of anything. It doesn’t matter what.

The documents were maintained and kept behind a locked door as required by the DOJ attorneys themselves as stipulated by them.They broke their own lock, and they fraudulently seized attorney client privileged documents under color of law. Thats why you will never see the affidavit that supports the bogus warrant, nor will we ever kmow who the affiant was.
The FBI does not want you to ever see that affidavit, which is why Trump will not likely be charged. Once any charges are filed pursuant to those privileged documents, fraudulently seized also contrary to the 4th amendment* to the constitution, they would become a matter of public court record and available to the public.This in its entirety is why President Trump is saying that what the DOJ did was prosecutorial misconduct. They simply went fishing for evidence of a crime and have bumpkiss, nada, nothing, or President Trump would have been charged and arrested.
Oh you can bet the FBI and the DOJ are going to pay a price for that misconduct. You betcha!Including Wray, Garland and Special Agent Jeremy Linton and every FBI agent on that team who have been persecuting President Trump for over 5 years from bogus operation Crossfire Hurricane onwards.
And whats more the jack booted thugs rummaged around Pesident Trumps Private Quarters, finding nothing. They even became panty sniffers, snorting and groping through the former first lady's closet, finding nothing according to the seizure receipt , all contrary to the 4th amendment. The warrant actually recited all documents of President Trump from Jan 20 2016 to Jan 20 2021,,,,that is just not particular enough to meet the test of the 4th amendment. The warrant is invalid on its face unless they want to show us the affidavit, which will never see the light of day. *********************************** The entire warrant was illegal, and any evidence seized by it will never be admissable into evidence, The FBI just wanted to go fishing , they establish a crime first seeking evidence later. That approach has failed 5 times now with the witch hunt persecution of Trump. Enough already! Despite the desperate fraudulent efforts of the FBI and the DOJ, President Trump is going to run and he will win. Thats why Garland was an hour late and was so upset on public TV. The Obama crowd in the West wing, Susan Rice and Jake Sullivan had just bored him a new ashaole because he failed to deliver the head of President Trump on a platter.

and not served more than two full terms as president.
He can serve as president.
