Taurine actively reduced atherosclerotic legion areas, reduced inflammation, and partly does this through correcting bile acid makeup in the gallbladder.
Taurine is an amino acid we can make when we are younger, but aging reduces these creation processes. It is in meats and in supplement form, as well. It is key to making SOD, a major antioxidant in our cells.
