Especially now — the sunflower production of the Ukraine is not available, so I just got a bag of “pepitas and sunflower seeds” which appears to be nearly entirely pepitas. Luckily, those are also a favorite.

The proper name is “gem” corn.

A Comanche guy gave it to me in Oklahoma when I was training their air national guard.
