The company which farmed out an ICU nurse with her own 'profound' mental health problems is refusing to comment on how she was vetted for the job, as she is charged with murdering six people in a horror car crash last week.
Nicole Linton, 37, is in custody in California on six murder charges for killing a pregnant woman, her boyfriend, the woman's one-year-old son, a man and two other women on August 4.
Linton inexplicably drove her Mercedes straight into traffic, slicing one of the victims' cars in half and sending the baby in his car-seat flying into the air, at terrifying speed.
Her motive remains unclear but her attorney told a judge yesterday she has a 'profound history' of mental health problems which should have stopped her from getting behind the wheel of a car - let alone inside an ICU facility to treat critically ill patients.
Linton was working at Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center, but she'd been sent there by AMN Healthcare, a travel nursing company that farms out skilled contractors to where they are most needed.
It became a heavily relied-upon model during the COVID-19 pandemic, when healthcare professionals in the hardest-hit cities were in short supply.

Check box, affirmative action hire. That’s what matters these days.
Wonder how many people died under her care?
“Check box, affirmative action hire. That’s what matters these days.”
Exactly. They had a quota to fill, and she fit right in.
This is what traveling nurses do go from one hospital for a few months to another. Make big bucks.
Ain’t diversity amazing?

How is it that a foreign publication can do a batter job at reporting than local media? It is obvious why.
Wasn’t it Michael Savage who said the “diversity” is a combination of division and perversity? Yeah.
“Wonder how many people died under her care?”
That was my next question.
Funny thing is I know a woman who is a traveling nurse. She makes a ton of money working on 60 or 90 day contracts. She’s extremely competent and is in high demand.
How this…person…managed to land a job like this is a subject for discussion.

****
I’ve been on FR since the Iraq War. There were only 2 PUBLICATIONS who reported the war fairly and accurately (unlike the MSM).
Daily Mail and UK TELEGRAPH. Every wondered why we had to rely on British publications to report the war when the MSM was happily reporting how many US soldiers died from an IED?
I worked for a background screening company and community colleges and colleges were clients. Nurses, medical staff (home health care especially) dental staff were subject to very intensive screening. You wouldn’t believe how many felons tried to slip through the cracks.
A former neighbor’s MIL was a traveling nurse and was ‘rerouted’ many, many times. She would burn bridges wherever she went so her company would just send her somewhere else.
How? It’s the pervasive and ongoing devaluation of anything that contributes to character and competence. You can’t rule a free, educated and competent people. Looks like we’re on the edge of the Time of the Settling of Accounts. Prepare to make large holes in things.
She was obviously one of the ones willing to take the death jab.
She’s black. They couldn’t fire her no matter what. She could have been committing race-based murders and abuse, and they would still be afraid to fire her.
Think about it: Who wants to fire a crazy woman in this racially charged climate? I wouldn’t want to deal with it, but then again, I’m not a coward.
Ironic that I go to this Kaiser
“With all the HIPPA laws around how would the DM or any hospital know about this nurses mental health problems?”
“Her attorney told a judge yesterday she has a ‘profound history’ of mental health problems...”
That’s how the DM would know.
Sadly, I believe you’re right.

When jobs go vacant, standards get lowered and bad people get hired.
Dieversity.
