I will just point out to people another way to think about this.
My CRP is normal. This causes Doctor’s to believe I don’t have a problem. It took a lot of pushing to get to the autoimmune tests that ended up showing a positive result.
So CRP is not always the end all be all test that Doctors make it out to be.
And as for Vitamin D..I have genetics that say I run low. I do run low at times but not all the time.
Even when I had an Xray that showed a lot of effusion and I was in a lot of pain..my inflammation markers were normal..and I have psoriasis
CRP is a great tool to look at if it is high. But if it isnt...that doesnt mean it is “in your head”.
I control my psoriasis with Turmeric and ginger. Works great. It also has eliminated the effects of the Arthritis I have had for a couple of decades.
I was just thinking this today. Those with osteoarthritis don’t budge a marker on the inflammation panels but one look at the inflamed and painful joints makes. E believe that the medical establishment has not isolated markers for another Inflammatory pathway.
