My same friend who loves “Sun and ocean definitely helps” to clear up his psoriasis ..... From time to time he goes vegan for a few months with a little fish and this clears his psoriasis which he has had since age 20 or so. But really / my opinion / a good moderate diet plus 20-30 thousand units D3 daily should do the same.
With high dose D3 one must take K2 also so that calcium goes to the right places. Plus a magnesium supplement such as magnesium glycinate or magnesium citrate. I have both but do the glycinate 67% of the time. Now Foods makes an effective glycinate. Magnesium also keeps your calcium going to the right places when you take 10-20-30 thousand D3 daily in divided doses.
