I strongly suspect that the usual suspects among the college age set was responsible for the overvote to pass that amendment.

The overall numbers just don’t fit a normal voting pattern, unless we consider college kids voting to pass a bill.

Very similar to how pot laws have been passed in Oklahoma and many other states. Just let the college kids vote, double vote and vote in their home state and in KS as well.

Of course it was on purpose. It's what politicians (R & D) do.

No kidding. Anyone who actually read the ballot question has no idea which option protected children.

I doubt it has any legal force, because it makes no sense. How did it get signed off?
