Not good if these are the results in a very Red State
Not sure I would call KS a very red state, Democrat governor and not the first democrat governor. I think the one before was also democrat.
It’s important to understand that this was a) a constitutional amendment, b) horribly written. Robert Barnes said so, another legal analyst said so.
It’s also clear that even in conservative states, no one so far favors a total ban on abortion without exceptions for rape, incest, health of the mother.
Those truly interested in pro-life and saving babies should focus on writing legislation that is utterly clear and which includes those exceptions, because it’s also clear that VERY FEW Americans favor 3rd trimester abortions. The winning ground is in the middle somewhere, and by winning, I mean saving the most lives possible.
