Attorney who practices estate/trust law in Seminole County, Oklahoma. I know there are Freepers who live in Oklahoma and if you have experience with such, I need the name of an experienced estate/trust lawyer.

There is no fighting among lawyers in setting up a trust.
After my mother died my brother refused to enter probate and he moved into her house refusing to pay rent to the rest of the family.
I went to three competent qualified attorneys seeking advice on how to proceed. They all told me they could handle the case, but at the end of the day when all was settled there really would be nothing left in the estate. Attorneys would basically decimate what little was left of my mothers estate. At least they were open and honest about it.
I asked what I could do about it? They all said handle it. Handle it? Handle it. Don’t get the police involved but deal with it within the family.
I clearly understood what they meant.
not sure how close this is to OKC but Len Cason is the best out there.
