Someone’s got a foot fetish.
Executions have dress codes ?
With more men pretending to be women..imagine a man wearing the same thing..I am for decency codes being enforced on that ground alone.
I’d like to see the legs in question before rendering a verdict.
Cripes, after that epic whining I would have been tempted to strap her to the gurney.
Maybe they didn’t; want the inmate to suffer an embarrassing moment by popping a woody after he saw her and pitching a tent on his way out?
It’s reassuring to see the Associated Press going to bat for the essential huperson right to wear three inch heels to an execution.
Why not give him a shot at what he’s going to miss out on by his evil stupidity?
“ Singling out female reporters for arbitrary clothing inspections is humiliating, discriminatory and simply unacceptable behavior ”
They don’t allow much, if any female skin showing at a male prison. Nothing new about that. Visitors are advised of this rule. The chic should have covered up a little bit instead of getting all butt-hurt.
Maybe because noone had safety glasses on. Besides, Their prison their rules. She can whine all she likes- she doesnt set policy.
There are two times in our lives that are the most important: now and when we die. Her outfit was inappropriate and disrespectful to not just the other people observing but most importantly, to the man dying. When I read that she tried to pull her skirt DOWN TO HER HIPS I didn’t have to see the photo.
The Prison Managers don’t need to have a woman intent on drawing sexual attention to herself interfering with their duty to maintain order among the inmates. The rules were very clear and available to her. She chose to ignore them and took offense when they were enforced appropriately. Typical.
Tough noogies.
No excuses...
Having never attended an execution, I would assume it should be a solemn event. She came dressed like she’s looking to be picked up. She’s worn it before? I don’t care. Sounds like someone finally called her on her BS.
Would it be okay to dress that way in court? Not where I live it wouldn’t. You’re not allowed to wear shorts either.
I thought it was creepy when she said that she had worn the same skirt to other executions.
“I have also been denied entry in to a government facility to report on a court case because my professional clothing was deemed ‘too revealing”
If she’s referring to a federal government facility she should know when you access one normal laws don’t apply. Your at the mercy of the regulations of that installation.
Silly chick made the whole story about herself. The victim gets name and age, that’s it. But we get several paragraphs about the airhead and her experience the day justice was served.
Apparently this woman was not raised right. You don’t go to a somber occasion dressed like you’re going to party or out on a date. If I were going to an execution I’d have the decency to wear something modest and I wouldn’t need a dress code to explain that to me.
