YOU have a jeep????
Do tell.
“Is Jeep even relevant anymore?”
Next time your on the road be on the lookout for ‘em.....pretty sure you’ll be surprised.
Jeep is owned by Stellantis, which owns a number of international car manufacturers. Re: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stellantis#Brands
In total car sales worldwide, Stellantis ranks 5th - behind: Toyota, VW, Hyundai/Kia and GM. Re: https://www.factorywarrantylist.com/car-sales-by-manufacturer.html
They steal from foreign companies, by allowing their presence in China and directly accessing their intellectual property, hacking into it from overseas, or sending students to study here and get jobs in prestigious fields to send intellextual property back.
How anyone can stupidly do business there, I have no clue.
Jeep(s). Why is that impressive? I’ve dated hot chicks who drop their panties when I roll my Viper but not the Jeep lol
A friend told me this morning his lawn irrigation guy rolled up to his house in New 4XE hybrid Jeep Wrangler the other day......$78k he paid for that thing.
That would buy a very nice 4x4 pickup.
Only thing I miss since I sold my truck and bought my jeep is a truck bed...I really underestimated how much I used it.
Never pegged you for a Jeeper......your full of surprises dude. LoL!
I dont get it. Is it because I own an Indian LOL
As far as the chick thing goes it depends on where you are I guess......here you’d be fightin’ ‘em off with ball bat.
They love to roll in ‘em on the beach....no top and no doors so they can show of that ‘kini
I drive a chevy Spark bought new for $14k in 2017.
Very good on gas and love the rear view camera.
Has automatic, A/C and power steering. All I need.
Companies were all convinced that China would be a huge market, but to access it they had to build in China to satisfy the CCP. What a colleague of mine learned after 5 years managing an assembly plant in China for our mutual employer is that the profits get eaten up by payoffs to every official who can manage to obstruct the company's output. As he put it: "There is not even a word for ethics in Chinese."
Over 4000 years, China has never had anything but dictatorship/kleptocracy as a form of government.
Yes they have a very loyal customer base. A lot of people love them
Indian aka Polaris huh?...........because I like you I’ll let that slide. 😎
“A lot of people love them”
Yep and one rfor that is they are very customizable and you can really personalize them to your taste.
And quality aftermarket parts are readily available.
Oh good gawd is there nothing they won't blame on the Russia/Ukraine thing?
Trump's fault
COVID's fault
Russia/Ukraine fault
That’s the sole driving force. Wages and huge profits because the pos’ sell their product at American prices. AND they don’t have to continually kiss a union’s ass.
They can always do business in a right to work state doing away with u ion involvement!!
Willys isn’t too bad for spares but some AMC is getting a little hard to get.
That is what happened to my sister’s company. They beat their brains out over quality control and substandard products, only to learn that their Chinese partners were selling the rejected parts directly to their customers. That when on for a few years until the Chinese supplier pretty much stopped producing any acceptable units, and the company went out of business. You can still by crappy name-brand knock offs of the original product in branded packaging, but the company is long gone.
Right. I believe though that many of the companies that went to China were already established in states where Unions dominated. Relocating back to the States (if that’s what they decide to do) may end up in a rtw state.
