I agree. I switched to olive oil or avocado oil for sautes and as far as oil for baking, I use an equal amount of either applesauce or pumpkin or squash pure with no change in texture or taste.
The neighbor boys gobbled up a dozen of the Zucchini Muffins I made last week in no time! ;)
I am in the process of getting ready for a Whole30 diet. Very difficult to find items. Most of the primal Kitchen stuff fits but not all. I got the avocado mayo.
Taste takes some getting used to for me. I decided to do this diet I needed to ease into starting with cutting out sugar first.
