Fruits have a lot of vitamins and minerals.
Eating all the fruit one wants keeps one healthy.
The use of high fructose corn syrup to sweeten just about everything is a product of government subsidies of sugar beet farmers and intense lobbying by ADM, the major producer of high fructose corn syrup, which has boosted global sugar prices. This corn syrup is crap and definitely contributes to many health problems.

I did. I like my pasta. A little too much. My blood sugar was over 600 at one time and my doc put me into the hospital. Well of course they put me in insulin until it came down but they also force-fed me carbs all day. I objected and knew what I needed (whole eggs, not that nasty egg substitute, and real butter, not fake stuff). Once out, I threw out every carb and bought real food, greens, olive oil and cooked every meal. My blood sugar returned back to normal and I told the doctor that I didn’t know how much insulin to take any more. He didn’t either. Took me off it and suggested pills instead.

Men who eat chocolate or meat consume more iron than they need.

High Fructose Corn Syrup is poison. The soda companies use it because it feeds through pipes, unlike granular sugar.
Sodas are death.
Diet is a large part of our destruction. Supplements are pikers.

Sorry to insist.
Since supplements are new and unnatural, it’s common sense that changing the amount of supplements one consumes is going to have a much bigger effect than changing the amount of a food one eats.
Changing the amount of food causes a small change in food components. Supplements are concentrated and consuming them causes a big change in one’s consumption of foods components.
Well it’s a good thing western governments are doing everything possible to destroy farming. A starved citizen is a compliant citizen.

No more processed foods. I’ve become quite the heathy foods chef around the house. Feel much healthier…..
I had to cut these items out a year ago after a blood test doctors order. Waiting for the yearly wellness results to see how it worked

My wife is very active/healthy/ maintains a regular workout schedule ... among other things she does six sets of 15 deep knee bends...
BUT! Every now and then the top of her left ankle swells and feels like a rock, happens fast!!!
Her Doctor says it is arthritis and AVOID fructose, they are somehow connected.
We have not had any soda/cola in years but the stuff is pervasive.
Karl Denninger has a slightly different thought on fruit...limited amounts, in season, and not modified. More or less an amount a hunter-gatherer would normally be able to procure in nature, and eaten whole instead of something like a smoothie.
