Nobody can buy an automatic weapon without a class III permit. It takes a year and a massive federal anal probe to get that.

As far as I know, these automatic weapons are available for purchase by 18 year olds in Alaska (AK) and Arkansas (AR) who are registered to vote demoncratic in those states.
