Libtards just want to scare people away from buying the property they want
It’s more than just those two. What it says is that none of them believe the crap they are pushing.
They’re just optimistic that we will solve this climate change bugaboo. /s
That little weasel decaprio just dropped 40M on beachfront mansion in CA because climate change is so so bad
Barrack and Bill just have a lot of faith in Greta “How-dare-you” Thunberg.
Al Gore, Zuckerberg, Bloomberg, the Hollywood crowd. The list goes on and on. Private jets, oceanfront mansions and limos for them.
Eating bugs for you.
Don’t forget about Pelosi AND Zuckerberg with their HUGE beachfront properties! IF the American people had one ounce of common sense this alone would be enough to prove the BS of climate change! Same thing with the damn virus just look at what the elites are doing, no masks, partying with friends YET telling the masses the danger we were in!! People need to open their damned eyes!!
Because of the centrifugal forces near the equator, any rise in sea level will be noticed there first (hence the equatorial bulge.)
The Maldives are doing just fine.
And, as one who grew up near the Pacific Ocean, and who would recognize any significant ocean level rise, I can report that the Pacific Coast tidal levels appear no different.
Caliph Baraq purchased one in Massachusetts and is building a second in Hawaii. He’s a double believer LOL.
Bill Gates ocean front home in southern California has a ten feet high, two feet thick, poured concrete sea wall that is only 25 feet away from the ocean at high tide.
I am surprised those homes were not washed away decades ago.
The author could have stuck to the hypocrisy of political climate alaramists buying property with ocean frontage. That - highligting the hypocrisy - has some sound arguments to make.
But claiming “The reason for maximum 30-year loans on homes is that the value of a dollar 30 years from now approaches zero and thus has no value to a lender” only demonstrates that on financial matters the author does no know what he is talking about.

Watch what they do and it will tell you what they truly believe.
When prices on beachfront property decline more than the market over a 10 year period, then I might believe there is an impact from climate change....not man-made climate change, but natural climate change.
Venice Italy was built on the level of the sea and is still there. An entire city that uses boats as transportation. Global warming wasnt a thing way back then, I guess.
I was wrong - decaprio already owns beach property in Malibu it was BRAD PITT who just dropped 40M on a seaside mansion

Global warming, mask and vaccination mandates, social distancing and driving smaller vehicles are all actions that are preached to us but ignored by the elites. To me, this just shows that they do not believe what they are telling us.
$40 Million libtard ‘bungalow’ on the sea

Because climate change is just so horrible
If the ocean rising crap was real - none of the real estate in Manhattan would hold its value.
You could not get a loan with the real estate as collateral. No leverage, and the value plummets!
The markets don’t lie.
Remind me how many of those dozens of inhabited Caribbean islands with a highest elevation under 100 feet have had to be abandoned because of rising sea levels?
Oh yeah, ZERO.
One place the Watermelons keep crowing about is Vanuatu. Except decades before anyone learned how to monetize the fear of man-made global warming, geologists already knew the sea floor beneath Vanuatu was subsiding. Just like Venice, it’s less that the water is getting deeper than that the island is getting shorter.
In the case of Venice, the Adriatic plate (which Venice rides on) is sliding beneath the Apennine plate (which forms the backbone of the Italian peninsula).
