Getty Paul Sorvino, famous for his work in "Goodfellas," has died at the age of 83 ... TMZ has learned.
A rep for the actor tells us he died this morning with his wife Dee Dee by his side. Dee Dee says, "Our hearts are broken, there will never be another Paul Sorvino, he was the love of my life, and one of the greatest performers to ever grace the screen and stage.”

A very long time ago my wife and I were at a TGIF in San Diego. It was packed and he walked in. We gad a good sized 4 top so offered him a seat since we were almost finished. He accepted and we had small talk for a bit. Mostly him asking about us.
Nice guy. Looks exactly the same in real life as in movies.

I just watched him in a grade b italin movie called Doc West, supporting part, he played a small town sheriff with a big heart his performnce was great and made the movie worth watching!

Damn! I met him on a flight along with his lovely wife. What a great guy. He actually emailed me a few times for Resturant recommendations when he visited Chicago.

A few episodes of Wallander had Warner playing Wallander’s father. He was always a good watch.
