You don’t need tools for that? Not that she doesn’t appear to have a nice set of tools, OK nevermind. Sorry.

I’ve read that catalytic converter thieves are getting more careful, and more ruthless. And by that I mean they’ll often have a lookout stationed nearby. So when you confront the thief, you might get hit with the lookout’s baseball bat, or maybe something even worse.

In this case, 911 is your friend. Call before you confront the thief.
Remember, it’s not Ward Cleaver’s America anymore.

Why are they putting out a “wanted” ad on her? She won’t actually get prosecuted, so why are they wasting peoples time?

Also I found this.....

What cars are most targeted for catalytic converter theft?

1987–2019 Toyota Camry.
1997–2020 Honda CR-V.
2005–2021 Chevrolet Equinox.
1999–2021 Chevrolet Silverado.
1990–2022 Ford Econoline/E-Series.
2007–2017 Jeep Patriot.
1989–2020 Honda Accord.
1985–2021 Ford F-series.

How can she be stealing it? Don’t you need a cutter? It looks more like she’s reaching for something. Those things are welded on.

I’ve always said that they should make an alarm that when triggered by someone monkeying around with your Cat, the tires automatically deflate.

“She has a tattoo on her left wrist and something similar to a paw print tattoo on her chest.”

Need close up so we can see and identify the paw print.
