The Transformed United States Government

Push is coming to strife in America. Sufficient trust of elected officials at the federal level by constituents is running out of gas.

The United States in the 1950s transformed into a non-constitutional form of government, where federal departments collectively hold more authority than elected officials. The transformation broadened in the 1960s and leveled off during the 1990s. The ability to transition back to three branches of government as defined in the U.S. Constitution is the intent of the growing citizen majority today. The increasing friction among all involved parties for restoring the constitutional form of government is heating to a flashpoint by way of strife.

Dwight Eisenhower cautioned against this transformation during his farewell speech with his warning of the military-industrial complex growing beyond manageability. The U.K. prime minister's selection process is a close example of the identified U.S. government transformation. The U.K. people vote for a party to be in the majority, then the elected party members select a prime minister. The U.K. P.M. is selected by party members instead of elected directly by the people. The U.S. moved to operate government a jubilee ago by selected federal department members instead of elected federal officials for many roles in all federal departments. Congress outsourced its work, and now it cannot regain control of its work to fulfill its responsibilities. Any part of the Legislative Branch ceasing to fund any federal department results in the Executive Branch redirecting funds from unaffected departments to continue operations of the de-funded department segment. The inability of the federal Legislative Branch to hold a federal department or worker accountable today is conclusive proof of this assertion.

John Kennedy won the 1960 presidency by an overwhelming majority. Lyndon Johnson won the 1960 presidency by an even more overwhelming majority.

We won’t need illegal immigration if we get rid of 95% of federal departments. There will be plenty of cheap labor from unskilled workers that used to work for the government.

“John Kennedy won the 1960 presidency by an overwhelming majority.”

This writer must have not studied the Presidental Election of 1960. And of course that does count the cheating in Texas and Illinois.

Kennedy: 34,220,984 votes, 49.72% of the total, 303EV

Nixon: 34,108,157 votes, 49.55% of the total, 219EV

Except for many of those in the upper levels who need to be tried, convicted, and sentenced for giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States. Their only skill was committing treason on behalf of the Demonicrat party.

JFK unionized the federal employees, ran on chain migration, and in 1963 signed the legislation emptying the mental hospitals which created the homeless living on our streets, not to mention starting the Vietnam war by sending in 16,000 troops which created the 1960s.

But then in the next sentence, the writer says that Lyndon Johnson won the 1960 presidency. I’m so confused.

That might have been a typo, but there’s plenty of other unclear writing in the piece. How long is a jubilee, exactly?

A jubilee is 50 years.

It’s not standardized. Here’s the first definition I came up with online: “a special anniversary of an event, especially one celebrating twenty-five or fifty years of a reign or activity”

Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee celebrated 60 years of her reign, and Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee 70 years of hers.

Yes, the writing, or maybe the editing, is atrocious. It almost sounds as if English is not the writer’s first language.

I had dinner with a dozen left wingers last night. I got to listen to their griping about everything from the minimum wage to how capitalism does not work and then the usual b*tching about how Trump destroyed the environment, the country, divided us as a nation and on and on and on.

What finally ended the madness was after they went after Fox news, I said Fox new has about as many liberal viewers as they do conservative viewers and they have more liberal commentators than the entire LSM has conservative commentators combined. Aghast, they vehemently denied it. So I threw them a bone, hoping thy would pick it up and choke on it. And they did.

I asked them if Fox is so right wing, is it fair to say MSNBC and CNN, the NYT, WAPO and other media are left wing? Then the answer came.... “No, MSNBC and CNN are down the middle.” Even a couple of the libs turned to me and rolled their eyes.

Overall, a fun night of diverse conversation which I can only conclude ended with “he is a right wing lunatic, racist, homophobe, woman hater, transphobic Trump lemming.” I held my own against a dozed TDS libs without once telling saying thy have a serious mental disorder.

Jubilee is a biblical term.
The Jubilee (Hebrew: יובל yōḇel; Yiddish: yoyvl) is the year at the end of seven cycles of shmita (Sabbatical years) and, according to biblical regulations, had a special impact on the ownership and management of land in the Land of Israel. According to the Book of Leviticus, Hebrew slaves and prisoners would be freed, debts would be forgiven, and the mercies of God would be particularly manifest.

Part of the problem is that Congress is not serious when they de-fund a department.

If they inserted into the bill “Department X is de-funded. All persons currently employed by department X shall no longer be employees of the federal government, nor be employed by any federal contractor. No former employee is permitted to be transferred to another federal department.

Yes, but as currently used (especially uncapitalized), it has no standard duration.

Kennedy won by an overwhelming majority? The author is clearly ignorant of the historical facts and is lazy for not having done the minimal research it would have taken to show this error.

How embarrassing. Where was his editor? Another fail.

I blame it on the 17th amendment. The Senate stopped caring about the needs of their home states, and started caring about the needs of the party that funded their elections.
