Impressive, though it’s just words. But, I will eat those words IF something is done about it. :)
Ramthun won’t even be in our Primary, let alone the Governor’s race.

Closing the barn door after the horse has escaped does nothing to recapture the horse. It just stops the NEXT horse from escaping.
After a certain point, elections determined by fraudulent voting are irreversible, but the persons who engineered the fraudulent vote are still subject to prosecution.
If only the law were being applied here....

This may require courage, honesty or common decency but it’s about time people spoke up about something so obvious, so clumsily and brazenly executed, that its denial is an insult to the intelligence.

...and the most prominent remedy over the past 30 years is to do the election over. So all congressmen are removed from office and all legislators and all other office holders elected in 2020 are removed pending a new election?
To: SoConPubbie
It would be infinitely more credible if they were put in office from the fraudulent election and are willing to step aside to fight this.

Where do you see anything in the Constitution about “Presidential elections”, “voting for President”, or “rules for State Legislatures appointing their Electors”?

I have long maintained that Trump's big mistake was recognizing the 2020 Congressional elections as legitimate, and not invoking the Insurrection Act to call out the militia to count the actual ballots, or provide security for the Dept. of Homeland Security did, etc. How many Congressional seats were stolen in the Big Steal? The two GA senate seats along with those in AZ and MI for sure. In WI, the 3rd Congressional District was won by just 10,346 votes. Looking further at those results, the Dem lost five of eight counties with the margin of victory mostly supplied by Eau Claire County. The problem is that with a Dem AG, nothing will happen officially from the office holder who should act. That leaves the losing candidates and ordinary voters to attempt litigation to compel action. A writ of quo warranto could be filed in D.C., but how much faith does anyone have in the same judges sentencing the January 6th protesters to fix the rigged election?

The main stream media repeats the narrative that there is no evidence of widespread fraud. Even Bill Barr said so in his testimony to the January 6 committee. However ABC and CBS don’t seem to want to report that the Wisconsin supreme court has ruled that certain drop boxes were illegal. I also conclude that drop boxes were “widespread” in Wisconsin. I’ve watched clips of the January 6 committee and they don’t want witnesses to talk about the Wisconsin Supreme Court decision on drop boxes.

Quick! Somebody notify the Supreme Court justices!
They've been trying to think of an excuse to reconsider their misguided decision not to look at the evidence of massive, co-ordinated fraud in the 2020 Election ever since they themselves became threatened by the results of their looking the other way!
Curious how civic-minded one becomes when one's own welfare is threatened.

It might be popular and win some votes but there is no legal process, regarding the outcoomes of elections for federal office, to decertiy an election that has been cerfified all the way up to and including Congress.
And one Congress cannot even uncertify what a prior Congress has cerfified. The Constitution provides no Constitutional process or timeframe for what some propose and want to see.
