My doctor hates these Medicare wellness exams. She has told me so. Today she rattled off the three words for me to repeat later and gave me the time on the clock to draw. She was talking and B.S.ing around. She asked if I still remembered the three words and I said I wasn’t sure with all that yacking she was doing. She said, “well, think about it and I’ll be back in a minute”. When she left, I realized she left me all of the papers along with the clock I had to draw with the time on it on top of the stack. So, me being me, I checked the papers under the clock. CHEAT SHEET! I had remembered all but one word so I got them all right. 😁 The clock solution was there too but I remembered it. When she came back in, she said, “very good” and grinned. She’s really pretty cool for a doctor.

If your aunt has trouble and she has the stack of papers, tell her to check the first page under the clock. I’m assuming most of these silly tests are similar.

I make sure never to tell anybody who she is because she tries really hard not to beat us up about stuff. She’s supposed to talk us up and see if we forget what we are supposed to remember and that would confuse a young person
