Tying eating down to around eight hours of the active part of the day undid most of the problems from the types of food eaten.
It doesn’t make bacteria change much, but it does make the existing the existing bacteria output metabolites that keep our bodies working properly, by being on a proper schedule.

This sounds weird but I once read something about Hitler’s doctor squirting poop from a Romanian peasant into capsules and feeding them to Hitler ... I understand the reasoning but am shocked that he would swallow them.....ewwww. It was a treatment for flatulence... (I’d rather just fart)
I did a search for this and yes, it did show up... along with a bunch more ewww...
It seems that all Der Fuhrer ate was cabbage and raw vegetables... no wonder the man had wind.
Here’s a tip, NEVER search using “hitler poop”
U been warned!

If I could get a yogurt or something that had these microbes in them I’d be so happy because I have metabolic syndrome that is so bad that I am down to eating just lettuce with hardly any salad dressing on it

Intermittent fasting can mess up your gall bladder. Better to intermittently skip the carbs only, and generally reduce calories. It’s the constant carb snacking that gives you hyperinsulinemia, which makes you fat and sick.
