Pretty neat but we will miss the 2,000 lb. bumble bee sound of a gas-powered Ducati.

They just want to know what websites you visit and sell your personal info to other nameless entities with unknown purposes. You wouldn’t begrudge them that, would you?

Electrical vehicle racing is a lot like watching slot cars.

Ugly. I love the exposed frame on my gasoline powered Ducati. I also love filling it up with gasoline and driving 150 miles without having a recharge. But I suppose this concept will work on a race track with equally equipped bikes.

When I go for a ride on my Tiger I don’t want to have to worry about how my battery is doing and then say, “Well, I can’t explore that new road now. Battery’s almost 50%.”

Cop at notorious biker bar: “What are you lowlifes doing sitting around here? We were in here and we told you to get out hours ago.”
Biker in vest: “Uh, geez, we all have four more hours to wait until the EV charges on our bikes are done.”

I guess this is supposed to be “progress”. Actually the main progress from Ducati in the last few years is that we don’t have to call them “Ducati Time Bombs” any more.

Better styling than I expected.
I wonder how it feels swinging those batteries back and forth.

You can import them from Canada again as an Antique, but it will cost you a pretty penny for just One.

The Isle of Man TT has had an electric bike race category for several years now, for what it’s worth.
