The baby booties for the shower tomorrow are done! I wanted to use them as a decoration on the gift bag & of course, they are wearable, too. This is the 2nd pair I've made - used 'sport' weight rather than 'worsted' to get a newborn size. It's ILTY 'Soft Blue', sport weight (light 3). I had a picture in my mind of how I wanted the gift bag/booties to look & I'm happy with the result. BTW, the ribbon tying the booties to the bag is light blue, gauzy, & has "It's A Boy" repeated on it in white - you can't see the detail in the pics.

Now I need to get busy on my scarf for the county fairs - time is beginning to run short!

Beautiful! Those would make a cute ‘Baby’s First Christmas’ ornament once outgrown. :)
