Barring mechanical failures, look for another Verstappen win, and roll the dice on which podium spots Checo and Leclerc get.

China insinuates themselves in to everything, wherever they can, to extend their reach and power. I would bet that they spy on every team to gain whatever knowledge they can get to help their military.................

"Barring mechanical failures, look for another Verstappen win, and roll the dice on which podium spots Checo and Leclerc get."
In a sane world, and in a racing venue with rules that weren't completely munged up, the Adrian Newey-designed cars all would break down, crash, or finish first.
But F1 obviously isn't a sane world and its rules have been munged up for decades.

For some reason my TiVo missed FP1FP2. This is never happened before. But it scheduled to get FP3 and qualifying and the race. I wonder what happened?

Love the Silverstone track- looking forward to this one. Yes, great track. The only F1 race I attended in person was at Silverstone (1969). The track and cars have changed a bit since then.

Wow. That takes me back. Not the only F1 race I have been to but the first for me was that same year in Canada at Mosport. IIRC your race was on the Apollo 11 moon landing weekend and was won by Jackie Stewart in his Matra Ford.

Yup, can't recall for certain, but we sat either between stowe and club or on the farm straight.
Lot's of fun for a young Airman stationed in England.

I have a couple of versions of the track in my racing games- I like the configuration of the earliest track the best. Super fun track to “drive” (in the game that is). Taking the first corner as flat put as possible is fun. Hard to hit it perfect everytime, especially if surrounded by a few cars, but it adds to,the challenge. Its got some great corners on this track. Fun going full out right on the edge of control. A little bit off, and your lap is ruined lol.
