Its good if the generics are high quality. Sometimes people run into problems with generics - they are not always identical to the brand drugs they compete against.

I looked at his prices for the type of hypertension medication I use. It’s even cheaper than the co-pay price I get from Kaiser Permanente, about 50% less! 😲 It makes you wonder how much of a ripoff the pharmacy benefit management companies like Express Scripts, CVS Health and UnitedHealth really are. 💊💸😒😑🙄

They're a Canadian company, but deliver to the U.S. They can access drugs that are still protected by patent in the U.S. but not overseas. I once ordered from them in Canada, and got a drug manufactured in India and shipped from Switzerland.
To some extent Walmart has been doing this for years.
Example being my Novalog insulin, which the chain drugstore in my town prices at over $100 per vial, can be bought at Walmart for $25.

The only problem with generics was a with thyroid medicine, and that was like thirty. years ago. It was minor potency discrepancy compared to the popular Armour brand.
