Reading the story, the women is pictured wearing a Black Lives Matter t-shirt. She doesn’t get the sick irony in that.

As she finished training to be an analyst, she got pregnant despite being on birth control. Both her parents worked, so the child care they could provide was limited. Day care would have eaten most of her paycheck. And even at age 20, Freeman knew that as a Black woman she would have more difficulty climbing the economic ladder than some other women would. So she had an abortion.

If you have sex a pregnancy can occur. How about not doing that so casually? That would prevent pregnancies with people you don't want to spend the rest of your life with?

And perhaps having a better attitude toward life rather than killing people because they are inconvenient. This was purely an optional abortion - not because of the health or life of the mother or that the baby was dead. She elected to kill her child for convenience per this article.
