The reason for the FDA approval is that any vaccine is granted legal immunity from lawsuits from all ages of patients if it is approved for use for very young children. It is a legal loophole.

That’s the point that people are missing. Healthy young children have never been part of the “at risk” population as far as serious illness or death, neither have healthy teens.
Since the drug companies and CDC know this, they insist that children be vaccinated to protect older adults who may be vulnerable - Not that there are published studies proving that this is necessary or efficacious, especially with respect to the side effects of vaccinated children.
