I imagine this bike riding bit was a photo op publicity attempt by his handlers to fool us into thinking Biden was still in control of his mental faculties. Only to be tripped up by Biden.
Which tells you how bright is handlers are. If I were one of his handlers I would strenuously object to something like this because the man is already showing an inability to walk properly.
Not impressed with the video, though. I would expect that there are other much better videos of this since everything he does in public is recorded
