A 240-meter-long (787 feet) glass bridge with a "diamond-shaped" bar suspended in the center was unveiled at Dashbashi Canyon, located around two hours drive from capital city Tbilisi, in Southern Georgia earlier this week.

Constructed by investment group Kass Group, which operates in Israel and Georgia, the huge transparent structure, which rises to 280 meters (around 919 feet,) stretches across the natural monument, offering panoramic views of its stunning waterfalls and caves.

Made from steel and glass, it took around three years to construct..

Maximum occupancy is 24 people.

If at any time there are only 12 people, the glass is half full.

Drunks in a glass house suspended over a 900 foot deep canyon.

What could possibly go wrong?

And a Bike Trail! Those Greenies think of EVERYTHING!

I'd be interested. Not traveling to Russia for this, though. I can visit 'The Infinity Room' at The House on the Rock, which is less than an hour away from me.

“which rises 280 meters”

The glass bridge did not rise, it spans a 280 meter deep canyon.

A causeway bridge will rise but not this one.

No.1. A guy on a bicycle doing what appears to be a tightrope act and the reporter doesn’t even mention it?!

No 2. How the heck did they build this thing?!

No 3. Name of canyon is ‘ Dashbashi Canyon’.

Would be very easy for someone to dash from the bar after a few drinks, jump over the rail and then bash!
