I know I am at risk defending the FBI, but the truth is that the FBI cannot take on these types of investigations without DOJ authorization. This case probably originated in the DOJ.
Of course she is under investigation. In post Constitution ‘United’ States there are two reasons to investigate, charge, prosecute and either jail or otherwise silence the woman.
First is Sovereign Immunity. By whatever title the ruler has, he is infallible. After all he gets his power from God.
Second is public disclosures such as this bring questions & disrespect to the ruler and The Party and must not be allowed.
Since we are now almost two years deep into our post Constitution dictatorship, the Just-us Dept and their Stasi must crush this woman.
