Gov. Hochul: "In the state of New York, we're now requiring social media networks to monitor and report 'hateful conduct' on their platforms."
Any NY Freepers could have a field day with this- report all CNN/lamestream media posts as offensive and hateful. Add the DNC to that list and all Demonrat congress critters and they may regret this decision.
Hateful Conduct means disagreeing with democrats.

As long as that’s the case in Gotham, the entire state is screwed.
So what is needed in order for that to happen?
Social media will need code to inspect everything that’s posted. (They already have that)
The code will need to determine the state in which the poster resides, using the IP address. No-brainer. They certainly have implemented this to determine the country of the poster. They also figure out your location from what you post.
They need full time employees to update their tables of what is allowed and what isn’t, and to refine the AI algorithms that read your posting.
They need a means of communicating their findings to the fascist authorities who demanded them.
I guarantee that they have been doing this for some time already.
This makes social media a branch of the government which does not have the right to monitor speech and punish people for their thoughts. I know the government is already doing this and doesn’t care that their actions are illegal, wrong and unconstitutional.
They implemented Echelon and got away with it. (Google has scrubbed references to it.)
