An Ohio woman was gored by a bison after she got within 10 feet of the animal in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, officials said.
The 25-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, suffered puncture wound and other injuries Monday after she approached a bison near a boardwalk at Black Sand Basin, park officials said in a news release. "Consequently, the bison gored the woman and tossed her 10 feet into the air"

If the Park Service gave any more warnings you couldn’t see nature for all the signs and notices.
Same thing at the Grand Canyon: warning signs every few feet. Don’t get too close to the edge, you’ll fall in and it’s a long way down.
If you’re going to be stupid you gotta be tough.
We’ve been to Yellowstone a few times and I’m amazed this doesn’t happen everyday -same with Estes Park. Sometimes it’s the Japanese , sometimes it’s Americans but they really have no fear of wild animals until they turn on them. I watched 3 Japanese youth chasing baby black bears into a field. No one was concerned as to where the mother bear was! You have to give the wild animals credit—they have a lot of patience with us humans.

They have no respect! They ought to tell people to stay he hell away from venues like Yellowstone and leave the animals alone. Why I avoid tourist venues.
You can watch videos for months of these block headed morons harassing, chasing, teasing, using them for selfies, getting stupidly close and killed by animals. They ought to force these tourist to attend 2 hours classes on respect and how to act in *their* homeland before entering. 4 hours for foreign tourist.
Didja not see the sign that said “DON’T FEED OR PET THE ENORMOUS WILD ANIMALS?” Idiot.
