An Ohio woman was gored by a bison after she got within 10 feet of the animal in Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming, officials said.
The 25-year-old woman, whose name has not been released, suffered puncture wound and other injuries Monday after she approached a bison near a boardwalk at Black Sand Basin, park officials said in a news release. "Consequently, the bison gored the woman and tossed her 10 feet into the air"

my neighbor had a ‘pet bison’, and one day he dropped one of the grain bags through the fence by mistake- he reached in for it and got immediately gored in the gut- he survived it for awhile, but infection eventually set in and he died-

Me too, and it is getting more and more difficult.
One of the greatest destructive forces to our country is the interstate highway system. It has metastasized in the last 20+ years - taking over many state and local routes to allow easy, significantly larger volumes of traffic, migrations, movement of criminals and tearing down of landscape to put in strip malls and huge warehouse hubs, more roadside trash, etc etc. And it makes it really easier to relocate illegal aliens and for the obnoxious tourists to get around too ...
