This is a special report for those of you wanting the soundbites.

You are correct! I myself see the fall of Rome and Greece happening today in my nation and nations of Free Europe. I am not optimistic based on history.
Democracy has never been good, which is why the founders founded a Republic.
The Constitution they wrote specifically restricted the office of President to natural born citizens, forbidding foreigners from the office.
Anyone born with a foreign nationality is NOT a natural born citizen.
We lost the Republic because that was ignored.
“Oddly on this Biden is correct.”
Only by mistake.
“Mr. Biden - The USA is a republic.”
“C’mon man. Republic!!?? Them places in Africa like The Republic of the Congo and Georgia are. America is a democracy!”
He means it, that why Dems use vote mules.
I wonder how much they paid the clapping Seals to applaud that babbling mess?
So then when he says that Trump is a threat to democracy, it’s a compliment?
He probably has different definitions for the word is my guess. Democracy to him means Democrats win.
I would expect a lot more. but it’s a start.
Every year at our local Memorial Day event the President’s proclamation is read out. Except for today. Whether by design or by mistake, I’m glad it wasn’t. It was listed in the schedule of events. And when Lisa Murkowski’s proclamation was read by one of her lackeys, I turned my back. Our other senator showed up and read his own.
Herodotus implies there were 30,000 adult male citizens in Athens in 499. That suggests a citizen population around 120,000. There were also resident aliens and an unknown number of slaves. It's unlikely that everyone knew everyone else. Perhaps citizens knew the other citizens of their deme (village) at least by sight. But some citizens who lived a long way from Athens may have rarely come to the city.

Remember the 13 soldiers lost in Afghanistan.
For 13 families, this is their first Memorial Day with that heavy loss weighing on them.
May God bless those families!
Look at that; the old weirdo said something true by accident.
Better wash his mouth out with castor oil.
In dementia veritas...
Et in corruptio vide.
