That is one of the weaker indicators. 96% of bellweather counties is an overwhelming damning statistic, a 3% (13 out of 435 ) change in the house is not. Many state elections there have been a net gain of 3% or more in the house but a rat governor got voted in.

Ballot adjudication in the Dominion machines was one of the big fraud events. Typical adjudication percentages were sub 1 percent, then in some of the suspected big fraud counties that soared into double digits. EXPLAIN THAT!
If the machine can’t determine the markings, it goes to a ballet adjudicator. That person looks at the scanned raw image and then determines what the voter intent was. Voter marked next to the circle. Voter filled out one circle then crossed it out and marked another, etc. The ballot adjudicator then has a supervisor approve the change. That is two people and from what I understand there is no oversight. Then from what I understand the ballot is reprinted and the original was shredded. NO FINGER PRINTS OF THE FRAUD ARE LEFT. The “cleaned” ballots are the ones that are used in all those ballot rescan audits. NO FINGER PRINTS OF THE FRAUD ARE LEFT EXCEPT FOR THE HIGH ERROR RATE.
You had reports of workers marking Trump ballots with sharpies (mark two choices where only one is allowed) so those would go to the adjudicator fraud teams. You had reports of the GOP ballots being intentionally printed with the scan bar positioned in the wrong place so those ballots would go to the to the adjudicator fraud teams.

There is no “election count suspension” rule in any State; I have found no instance of even an emergency clause in any States laws.
If an official announces an end to the counting, a “winner” is to be announced.
Each state has certain triggers that end the count that depend on the ballots counted v ballots left.
When absent, mail-in (including military) and provisional ballots no longer outnumber the current total, the counting can be stopped.
But, meh, count every vote as long as we are counting, right?

It still amazes me that Trump did absolutely nothing consequential to prevent voter fraud in a half dozen swing states in 2020.

He had coattails mainly in rural areas. In many suburban counties, he trailed other Republicans. Some of my co-workers and family members voted for Biden and then Republican downballot.
I’ve never heard, but would like to know how many of those so-called Mail-in ballots only had votes for the office of President. How many had no votes cast for down-ticket races? I bet not many took the time to mark the entire ballot. Not many real voters would leave congressional or state and local races unchosen. It should be easy to estimate by totaling the presidential votes in a precinct (as in more votes than registered voters in certain places) compared to votes case for down-ballot races. Yes, this entire election was fraudulent in many places, likely in more places than the 5 controversial states. Jimmy Carter worried about unfair elections in South American countries, but no Democrat has a concern here at home.
